The RTFTOHTM.ZIP file contains the DOS (16-bit) version
of the RTF to HTML conversion program and the source code.
This RTF to HTML convertor program is also available at
ftp://ftp.cray.com/src/WWWstuff/RTF/latest/binaries and is
named DOS.ZIP. The source code is not included with the
DOS.ZIP file. 

The WRTF2HTM.ZIP file contains the Windows (32-bit) front
end for the RTF to HTML conversion program. This file only
works under Windows NT. The compressed file WRTF2HTM.ZIP
contains files with long file names. In order to uncompress
this file, you will need to use a compression manager that
can handle long file names. The 32-bit version of Drag and
ZIP was still being written at the time this book went to
press, but it will be avaialable from the Online Companion.
